Monday

Chair Yoga: 5:30 to 6:30

         No food at least 1 hr. before class and bring your own Yoga mat, if you have one.

Wednesday

Yoga: 5:30 to 6:30

No food at least 1 hr. before class and bring your own Yoga mat, if you have one.

Saturday

Zen Meditation: 9:00 to 11:00

*Sewing/Quilting and Cooking/Baking
classes are workshops. Check the website for dates & times
